The role

The Director of Global Marketing is an ambitious, creative, and metrics-driven team member. He or she leads our demand generation strategy, fuels our sales growth, and supports a growing sales team. You will be Partnered with Chief Commercial Officer to develop, implement and manage a comprehensive global marketing strategy with the following responsibilities:

• Implementing and manage a comprehensive global marketing strategy
• Developing and Manages relationships with external business partners, including Agency of Record, with the goal of translating business strategy to marketing execution with accountability:
▪ To develop a demand generation plan and executes effective inbound and outbound marketing programs across multiple channels to consistently generate qualified leads
▪ To raise brand awareness by effectively communicating our differentiated identity to the market
▪ To manage our ongoing digital campaigns/projects, including but not limited to web development, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, and public relations
▪ To manage tradeshows, including but not limited to strategic planning, sponsorship, negotiation, promotion, logistics, analytics, and post-show follow ups
▪ To develop marketing content, including but not limited to blog posts, public relations, social media, sales collateral, and presentations
▪ To adjust investments to deliver the best performance from the budget; tracks and reports on ROI and KPIs per marketing channel
• Collaborating with VP of Business Development to manage the relationship with our external marketing partner
• Managing and optimises marketing automation and lead generation platforms (Act On, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GlobalData, and others); evaluates, recommends, and implements new platforms as needed; collaborates with marketing and sales teams to drive engagement and compliance and maximizes the usefulness and value of each platform
• Supporting the sales team through providing materials to validate and sell FairJourney Biologics; this includes but is not limited to the development of sales collateral, CRM management, event coordination, and presentation support.

Your profile

FairJourney Biologics is seeking a professional, with the following characteristics:

• You have bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology), business administration, or related field;
• You have not less than five (5) years of commercial experience, including sales, business analytics, and marketing;
• You have not less than three (3) years of marketing experience, with experience managing spend with full accountability;
• You have significant demonstrated history of designing and implementing successful marketing programs, consistently generating and growing marketing interactions, and generating qualified leads that contribute consistently to a working sales pipeline;
• You have prior experience in CRM management, tracking, and reporting;
• You have track record of successful field marketing including organizing events and tradeshows
• You have demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced team environment;
▪ You have exemplary communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner; ability to adapt message/style to fit audience (from hourly employees to managers to Executives);
▪ You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse community;
▪ You have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro;
▪ You have experience in project management (managing projects, defining scope, tracking achievements) and ability to management multiple priorities and/or projects;
▪ You have unquestioned integrity and ethics with a confident but well-grounded approach to doing work;
▪ You have an excellent command of the English language (written and spoken mandatory);
▪ You have available to travel (20-25%).
